The Rural Fire Service, Queensland and Southern Queensland Landscapes invite you to share your experience and learnings on a range of topics, including contemporary fire and property planning in the mulga lands, traditional custodians mulga fire knowledge, seasonal calendar based on traditional understandings, how existing laws relate to fire management in the mulga lands, community involvement in fire management, collaborative approaches for multiple benefits – reducing fuel loads and improving land condition.
The Fire in the Mulga Forum will be held in Charleville on July 27 from 9.00am to 4.00pm EST.
